REFUND POLICY

All sales made through FormulaShooting.com, operated by Formula Shooting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), are subject to the following Refund Policy.

1. ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of ammunition products:

  • ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for ammunition once an order has been processed and shipped

This policy is in place for safety, compliance, and quality control reasons.

2. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS

We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

A. Damaged Products

  • Items that arrive visibly damaged during transit

B. Incorrect Orders

  • Items that do not match your confirmed order

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • You must provide photo evidence of the issue

  • The product must remain unused

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for any remedy.

3. NO RETURNS OF AMMUNITION

For safety and regulatory reasons:

  • We do not accept returned ammunition under any circumstances, including unopened boxes

  • Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable

  • You are responsible for any costs incurred due to refused or undeliverable shipments

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this policy and cannot be canceled

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Ammunition is a consumable, safety-sensitive product

  • We cannot verify storage conditions or handling after delivery

  • Therefore, no returns are permitted to protect product integrity and customer safety

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim responsibility for misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized resale

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. REFUND METHOD (IF APPLICABLE)

If a refund is approved under the limited exceptions above:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded
