This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through FormulaShooting.com, operated by Formula Shooting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

We ship ammunition strictly in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • The customer bears sole responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction

  • By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

    • You are legally eligible to purchase and possess ammunition

    • Your order complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We do not guarantee that our Website reflects all current laws or local ordinances.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion

  • Request identification, permits, or additional documentation

  • Decline shipment to any jurisdiction for compliance or risk reasons

2. RESTRICTED LOCATIONS

We do not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where it is prohibited or restricted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • States, counties, or municipalities with ammunition restrictions

  • Locations requiring shipment to licensed dealers where not supported

  • P.O. Boxes or non-physical addresses

  • International addresses

Orders placed to restricted locations may be canceled at any time.

3. STATE & LOCAL LAW VARIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Firearms and ammunition laws are subject to frequent change and may vary significantly by:

  • State

  • County

  • City or municipality

We do not monitor or guarantee compliance with every local ordinance.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and delivery are lawful.

4. AGE & ID VERIFICATION

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet all applicable age requirements:

  • 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammunition

  • 21+ where required by law

We reserve the right to:

  • Require government-issued identification

  • Require additional documentation or verification

  • Cancel orders that cannot be properly verified

5. ORDER PROCESSING & COMPLIANCE REVIEW

Orders are subject to review prior to shipment.

Typical processing time: 3 business days, but may be extended due to:

  • Compliance verification

  • Fraud detection screening

  • Order volume

Orders are not final until approved and shipped.

6. SHIPPING METHODS & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

We ship via approved carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or equivalent.

  • Shipping options are provided at checkout

  • Not all methods are available in all areas

We reserve the right to require Adult Signature on Delivery for any order, regardless of destination requirements.

Failure to complete delivery (including missed signatures) may result in additional fees.

7. HAZMAT & TRANSPORT DISCLAIMER

While small arms ammunition is generally classified as “Limited Quantity” under federal transport guidelines:

  • It is still subject to carrier-specific handling requirements

  • Additional restrictions or delays may occur during transit

We are not responsible for delays, re-routing, or handling requirements imposed by carriers or regulators.

8. RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Carrier delays

    • Lost or stolen packages after shipment

    • Weather, natural events, or logistical disruptions

If a shipment issue occurs, we may assist with carrier claims, but outcomes are subject to the carrier’s policies.

9. UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSED, OR NON-COMPLIANT SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is:

  • Refused

  • Undeliverable

  • Returned due to incorrect address

  • Blocked due to legal or compliance issues

Then:

  • The order may be canceled

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Additional return or handling fees may be deducted

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer non-compliance.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment

  • Once shipped, orders are final and governed by our Refund Policy

11. FRAUD & RISK SCREENING

All orders are subject to internal fraud and risk analysis.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or hold any order flagged as high-risk

  • Require additional verification

  • Refuse service without explanation

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We are not liable for inability to ship due to legal restrictions

  • We are not responsible for customer misunderstanding of laws

  • We are not liable for delays, delivery failures, or regulatory actions
