By using this Website and purchasing ammunition, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally permitted to purchase and possess ammunition under all applicable federal, state, and local laws

  • You are not prohibited from possessing ammunition under any applicable law

  • You will comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of ammunition

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

2. RESTRICTED SALES & SHIPPING

We do not ship ammunition to jurisdictions where it is restricted or prohibited.

You are responsible for knowing your local laws before placing an order.

We may cancel orders shipping to restricted locations, including but not limited to:

  • Certain states, counties, or municipalities with ammunition restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes where prohibited

  • International locations (unless explicitly allowed)

We may require additional documentation prior to shipment (e.g., ID verification, permits, or licenses where applicable).

3. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of ammunition:

Any claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
